From major work to everyday detail. These are the services where we have photographic evidence of recent work.
We carry out remodeling, adaptations, and improvements in residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. This includes structural work, welding, carpentry, tile and cladding installation, painting, lightweight structures, repairs, and the finishes needed to renovate, adapt, or upgrade a space.
Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of air conditioning systems. We service a range of units and configurations, including mini-split, cassette, and other HVAC systems, in residential and commercial properties.
The work is performed by technicians with proven experience: we deliver the service in an orderly, safe manner, follow the manufacturer's recommendations, protect the property's finishes, and hand over the system fully operational and verified.
We eliminate and prevent flying insects, crawling insects, and rodents through a thorough inspection and the application of food-grade products that are safe for people and pets. The products are odorless and non-invasive: there is no need to vacate the property, and clients can return just 30 minutes after the service is applied.
We keep pools clean, properly functioning, and with balanced water quality through preventive, regular maintenance: surface cleaning, vacuuming, checking and adjusting water parameters, applying treatment products, and general equipment inspection.
Preventive and corrective services to keep properties in good working and presentable condition. This includes inspections, general repairs, adjustments, interior and exterior maintenance, incident response, and minor improvements.
Maintenance and upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces. This includes pruning, mowing and vegetation control, lot clearing, green-area maintenance, waste removal, and the work needed to keep outdoor spaces clean and in good condition.
General, deep, and post-construction cleaning for residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. We also prepare and stage spaces for handovers, openings, rentals, guest arrivals, or other specific needs.
Comprehensive oversight and care of properties for owners, businesses, and property managers. This includes periodic inspections, vendor coordination, follow-up on repairs, condition checks, and preparing spaces for owners or guests.
